About the Job: Job Purpose To be an effective interface between the customer and workshop by understanding customers repair requirements, raising accurate repair orders and implementing workshop processes to ensuring timely repairs as per quality standards. Principal Account-abilities Receives customers, conducts first level diagnosis of the requested repair work and details the same effectively Opens accurate job cards detailing all requirements and ensures the appropriate technician is assigned the work through the shop foreman Tracks each job to ensure its completion in the prescribed time and updates the customer regularly on the status of the repair job Ensures job cards received after completion of work are accurate and contain all the required documents before closing Generates invoices and follows up with customers for LPOs Prepares statement of accounts on a daily basis for cash/cheque sales Ensures timely follow up and updation of recalls Maintains and updates all service files and reports on product, customer and accounts to ensure effective follow up Ensures collection of parts replaced under warranty and prepares for warranty inspection with required information Creation follow-up of Service Planning Schedules on behalf of the customer using the latest relevant systems Planning of service work to achieve maximum utilization of Technicians, Workbays and Equipment Additional Duties To achieve the objectives, in an environment of constant interruptions beyond Job Holders control Achieving CSI with customers of multinational, multicultural and multilingual background Solving technical problems for which there is no or delayed assistance from Principals.
