pMy client an International Oil and Gas Company are looking to recruit an HR Manager to work directly with the Regional HR Director. br / br /The HR Manager will be in charge of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office. They will manage the HR Generalists and Administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs. The HR Manager will be looking after departmental development, HRIS, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment. The HR Manager will also be responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.
