A leading oil and gas organisation is seeking an assistant production manager for their lubricants blending facility. the main purpose of the post will be; – To ensure the smooth blending & filling operations to achieve production target & OEE. – To utilize available manpower effectively and efficiently – To look after all the filling activities in the absence of Production Supervisor. – To achieve proper and efficient co-ordination between belnding and filling line – To keep filling line running as required and achieve the set targets – To enter all the filling orders in JDE on time after completion Key accountabilities for this role will include; -To ensure that daily blending and filling go hand in hand as planned even with interruptions. – To monitor and control daily production and keeping control of manpower requirements to minimum level. – To select the best possible filling operation and manpower required to do the job whenever required, to achieve better productivity and thus meeting our filing targets – To keep the production manager appraised of all the day to day activities in and around the plant
