RECRUITMENT MANAGER – MIDDLE EAST & CENTRAL ASIA at SPIE Oil & Gas Services

Reporting directly to the BU Director, your first mission at that job will be to manage a multicultural team and to handle with the recruitment targets of all Middle East & Central Asia countries. You will be responsible for the following issues: Sourcing – To lead the sourcing activity of the business in order to propose suitable candidates for our clients; – To give support to all regional branches via all the usual sourcing tools (recruitment database, social networks, recruitment websites…); – Job advertisements and liaison with various agencies mainly from the Philippines, India, Sri Lanka, Romania – To organize, follow and optimize recruitment activities for the MECA area; – To work in network with other BU and with the Headquarters Sourcing Department. Daily Management – To manage the recruitment team members and support them for the following tasks: Share the workload among the recruitment team members; Follow the respect of the deadlines; Contact candidates for information regarding their availability, competences, motivation and salary expectation; Check if candidates experience and accepted conditions are matching with clients’ requirements and constraints; Interface between the recruitment team members and the Business Centres
