About the Job: Based in Dubai, UAE, the National Service Manager will manage all the service activities of various franchises throughout CMC operations with an objective of achieving the service budget being an independent profit centre. You will report directly to the General Manager of the company. JOB CONTEXT: SERVICE OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT  Oversee and ensure efficient service operations throughout all Branches. Meet the financial objectives; which examine revenue, margins, expenditures, receivables, “Work in Process”, utilization and staff efficiency.
