Goals/ Mission: – Regional Service Engineering Support will bring engineering knowledge closer to the customer by Clarification of technical topics will be analyzed by local engineering resources and HQ engineering will be used per defined processes. Responsibilities will focus on support of sales and marketing during customer meetings, first contact in case of technical topics and support for outage planning. Areas of Responsibility / Tasks – First point of contact for technical issues related to Gas Turbines (GT) 50/60Hz (including auxiliary and control systems) issues from Siemens sales/customers by clarifying the incoming requests, communicating with back office and presenting answers to end parties. – Clarification of engineering related issues for field service/order implementation for the above scope – Screening of GT related issues/problems reports with the option of clarification or forwarding to back office – Clarifications of Product Bulletin contents – Prepare presentations for internal and external customer meetings and introduction of improvement measures regarding availability/reliability – Site visits in case of urgent issues requiring fast feedback and support of customer on GT related issues – Engineering negotiation support for pre-outage planning according to the process: this is going to include internal and external meetings and support of Mods & Ups customer meetings – General engineering support Jobs in UAE | Jobs in Abu Dhabi | Jobs in Dubai | Apply Now
