Global Phytoplankton Levels Have Declined for a Century

Research at Dalhousie University discovered that the global level of phytoplankton blooms have been declining for the past 110 years. A preliminary conclusion is that a rise in ocean temperature is limiting the amount of available nutrients.

International Aid for the Gulf Spill

Fayetteville Shale Gas Play Map

Chinese Coal Carrier Rams Great Barrier Reef
