– Operates various terminal equipments like pumps, compressors, cargo arms, cranes, fire water/foam systems, Road Tanker, additive/dye injection equipment, oil/water separator, – Sets lines/manifolds/telescopic tubes/jumpovers, valves, blinds, changes filters, maintains sump levels – Manual measurement of tank stocks, draws samples, vents/drains lines, drains water from tank roofs and tanks – Checks equipments/areas to ensure temperatures, pressure, levels, rates, and other operational variables are maintained – Attends to small fitting replacement works on valves, pressure gauges and other equipments – Preventive maintenance painting, any other work required for upkeep and general housekeeping – Fire watch duties – Follows strictly safe operating practices, compliance to all safety and fire prevention rules/procedures – Terminal Fire Fighting/Emergency response The selected candidate will work on 12 hour shift system and 56 working days/28 days Holiday cycle. Our ideal candidate will be some one who has worked at least 3 years in petroleum operations of a refinery or storage terminal.
