The role will entail- Managing existing day- to- day operations of the company’s fleet of diving DP Class 2 and 4- point mooring vessels.- Establish ISM on all company vessels.- Oversee all technical management and operation of vessels. – Setting yearly operating budgets for the fleet.- Conduct regular quality audits.- Develop and recruit an onshore vessel management team.- Offshore staff recruitment and performance evaluations.- Ensure all key documentation is maintained.The ideal candidate will be a Master Mariner (unlimited tonnage) with several years supervisory experience gained in service on board a foreign of US flag vessel or the same experience ashore overseeing vessel operations and maintenance.
