Our client, is an international oil and gas company is currently seeking to recruit an IT Helpdesk AnalystYou will provide technical, administrative, purchasing, and customer support for the Information Technology department. The ideal candidate will perform a full range of IT support functions with moderate supervision from UAE IT Manager. The employee will log IT support tickets received via phone, email and online helpdesk system. The employee will provide the first level of IT support and will resolve at least 60% of IT issues. If required, the employee will escalate to second level of IT staff in both UAE and US offices.
